How do I return an item?



Due to the custom nature of my designs. We do not offer refunds. But will work with you to accept exchanges, replacement, or store credit, within 7 days upon arrival.

I will gladly correct any spelling errors, incorrect item sent etc. if I am contacted within 7 days upon receipt of merchandise.

All other non - personalized items can be exchanged or store credit within 7 days upon receipt of merchandise.

We regret we cannot issue a refund or replacement if you did not like the font style / font size.


~ Cancel an order
You may cancel a personalized order within 12 hours of the order being placed.
Items considered 'ready to ship' cannot be cancelled as they usually ship out within 1-2 days.


~ Repair & Replacement
In the unlikely event you experience a problem with your order - All items are guaranteed for 30-days upon receipt of your order for
any loose, defective or broken components. Please contact liz@rusticmetalcreations.com for further instruction.


All Chains are guaranteed for 30-days upon receipt of your order
You must return the chain or item in order to be repaired or replaced.
Kindly remove hair from chains, before returning :)
